Radiant Global Logistics (Canada) Inc. and its family of companies manages its liability via individual customer-specific contracts and through the terms listed below. The applicable Terms and Conditions of Service constitute a legally binding contract and shall apply to services provided by Radiant. Separate terms may apply to the various services provided and are posted below. Ocean Freight Services and international air services are provided by Radiant Global Logistics(Canada) Inc. under terms established by and as a member of the Canadian International Freight Forwarders Association or CIFFA which can be found at www.CIFFA.com. Radiant terms may be subject to change via an update to the website.
